Biography:
Mrs. Stark has many years of hands-on experience of all aspects of employment law including discrimination in employment. As Solicitor (Scotland) for British Railways Board and then Railtrack plc she had the responsibility for all of the many diverse employment law issues and claims which arose in Scotland within the railway industry. She also had the responsibility for the diverse parliamentary issues affecting the railways in Scotland including the promotion of Draft Provisionsal Orders for the re-opening of railway lines and stations.
