Biography

Rosemary has over 20 years experience in a wide range of civil litigation. As well as the Court of Session, she regularly appears in the Sheriff Court in children's referral proceedings and adoption proceedings.  She has appeared as Junior Counsel in child murder / Sudden Infant Death (SIDS) cases.  Rosemary has also acted for accused persons in attempted murder cases.  Recently, her practice has involved appearing for parents and curators in social work referrals involving allegations of historic sexual abuse and cases of shaken baby syndrome / non accidental head injury.  Her experience in personal injury cases has involved civil jury trials, COSHH regs, RSI and occupational disease cases.  She has recently graduated with an LL.M in Human Rights Law.
