Biography
David MacLeod is a Chartered Arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is a member of the President's Panel of arbitrator appointees and is also available as a party appointed arbitrator in Institutional and Ad-Hoc arbitrations. He accepts instructions to appear as Counsel before arbitral tribunals.
David is a Barrister in England & Wales and a 'Door Tenant' at The Chambers of Andrew Mitchell QC, 33 Chancery Lane, London. He has particular interest in criminal litigation, especially white collar crime, the proceeds of crime and commercial wrongdoing.
