Biography

Dan called to the Bar having trained and worked with Drummond Miller in their Edinburgh Litigation Department. As a solicitor he gained much and diverse experience, from regularly appearing in Scottish Tribunals to taking cases to the then House of Lords. He has experience in both private and public law litigation.

Before coming to law Dan worked as an intern at the New York Times.

Since calling to the Bar Dan has appeared in the Court of Session, in proof at the Sheriff Court, the Upper Tribunal, the First Tier Tribunal and the Employment Tribunal.
