Biography

Since calling to the Bar in 2009, Andrew has been instructed in a variety of family law, employment law and personal injury matters. He also spent some valuable time working as part of the Vale of Leven Hospital Inquiry Team.

As a Local Authority Solicitor Andrew gained extensive experience in the areas of Child Law, Employment Law, Housing Law, Mental Health Law and Environmental Protection Law. He has also worked in personal injury and trained with a criminal law firm.

Andrew has a Masters in Medical Law and is now studying part-time for a PhD at the University of Glasgow. His research takes in a broad range of issues relating to Family Law, Human Rights and Medical Law.
