SCOTTISH CHILD LAW CENTRE TRAINING DAY

On 7th November, Kirsty Malcolm conducted a day of training for employees of South Lanarkshire Council, on behalf of the SCLC. The course was designed to help those people who may have to appear in court or at a children's hearing, to understand the legal process, jargon, and what it is like to be giving evidence as a witness. Further training in similar areas will be taking place over the next few weeks.
