On 12 November, Janys Scott QC was guest speaker at a seminar by BDO Stoy Hayward in Scotland on Financial Provision on Divorce.  Other speakers were from BDO Stoy Hayward.  Judith Scott, Director of Forensic Accounting looked at business valuations and commercial issues, John Cairns, partner, considered taxation and John Porteous, Director of Investment Management, spoke on pensions.
