Scott Blair to speak at a Seminar entitled "Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005: An Introduction", organised by the Legal Services Agency, in Glasgow on Monday 4th February 2008. The topics covered will be: background to the Act, the licensing objectives, premises licences, personal licences, licence conditions, transition to the new Act, test purchasing and appeals and judicial review.
