NEWS: Richard Aird to speak at forthcoming Commercial Contracts Conference

Richard Aird has been asked to speak at the 2008 Commercial Contracts Conference which is being held in London this year on 17th March.  Richard will be addressing the conference on Cross Border Pre-Emptive Remedies and his talk will involve a comparison of security measures such as the Scottish Arrestment, the English Freezing Order, the French Saisie-conservatoire and the German Arrest .
