NEWS: Scott Blair to speak at 14th Annual Licensing Conference

Scott Blair will be speaking at the 14th Annual Licensing Law Conference which is being held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 30th April.

Scott will be speaking on the topic of "Legal challenges to and for Licensing Boards under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005".
