Murray Stable Commercial & Insolvency Group will jointly host with Johnston Carmichael, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, a seminar on Corporate Insolvency on Monday 6th December 2010.
The object of the seminar is to provide straightforward and practical advice on areas which are increasingly likely to arise in practice. The three speakers will bring attendees up to date with their relevant topics and will hand out detailed background notes for future reference. The topics to be covered are:
- 'Corporate Recovery - The Lazarus Petition' by Iain Artis, Advocate
- 'Inability to Pay? - Best tactics for Corporate Recovery' by Kenneth McGuire, Advocate
- 'Directors Personal Guarantees - What scope for Houdini?' by Richard Aird, Advocate
The event will be chaired by Matt Henderson of Johnston Carmichael. The intention is that the event will be eligible for Law Society of Scotland CPD.
