Julius Komorowski will be one of the guest speakers at LSA's Equality Act 2010 seminar being held in Glasgow on Monday 11 October 2010.
The Equality Act 2010 received Royal Assent on 8 April 2010 and is due to come info force in stages, from 1 October 2010 onwards. The seminar will introduce the background to the Act, the key definitions and the timescale for implementation. This event is aimed at legal professionals and advocacy and advice workers practising in the field of equality and discrimination law and may also be of interest to employers, and those practising in the public sector.
Julius' presentation will cover the key definitions and legal remedies available under the Act.
