Iain G Mitchell QC has been invited to speak at a prestigious conference, 'Navigating Procurement - Not Quite Plain Sailing Yet', to be hosted by Edinburgh University Law School and Burness LLP in the Playfair Library of Edinburgh University on Friday 8th October 2010.

The other speakers will include Professor Emeritus Sir David Edward KCMG, PC, QC, LLD, FRSE, former President of the European Court of Justice, Akos Nagy of the European Commission's Directorate-General on Formulation and Enforcement of Public Procurement Law II, and Dr Aris Georgopoulos, Lecturer in European and Public Law, University of Nottingham.
