As part of The Royal Faculty of Procurators in Glasgow's Autumn 2010 CPD Programme, Kirsty Malcolm will present a seminar on 14 October on the topic 'Financial Provision on Divorce: a review of recent developments'.

The seminar will review recent cases which have considered anew or for the first time specific issues arising in relation to applications for ancillary orders on divorce. Coffee will be available from 5.15pm onwards with the seminar starting at 5.45pm and finishing at 7.15pm. Attendees will qualify for one and a half hours CPD.
