Murray Stable member Julius Komorowski will be one of the guest speakers at Legal Services Agency's seminar on Monday 28 February 2011 on the topic of "Human Rights Challenges in Scotland: A Practical Approach".  

This event, which is aimed at solicitors, advocates, law students and lay advisors, will be a practical seminar intended to assist criminal and civil practitioners improve their knowledge of the procedures involved in challenging a decision on human rights grounds.

In his talk Julius will provide practical tips for raising a human rights based challenge.
