Insolvency Roadshow - Inverness

Venue

Inverness

Date
23 Nov 2009
Time
4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

The Insolvency Roadshow aims to bring together advocates who are regularly instructed in a wide range of insolvency issues and other professional groups from all parts of Scotland. The theme is co-operation between professions in the insolvency field and stems from an invitation by local insolvency professionals to meet growing demand for specialist legal advice and advocacy in this highly topical area of law.

This latest stop in Inverness was organised in co-operation with Ritson Young & Co, CA, and was well attended by practitioners from as far afield as Shetland.

Richard Aird, convenor of the Commercial & Insolvency Group commented

"The object of these events is to provide straightforward and practical guidance on areas which are increasingly likely to arise in practice. The stable's Commercial & Insolvency Group comprises advocates of every seniority who are regularly instructed in this area and have a real understanding of the special requirements to which this gives rise."
