Richard Aird, Advocate and Barrister, is joining a distinguished group of speakers who are addressing a conference on 'Litigation with a Foreign Element' in London on Tuesday 6th July 2010. This event is being organised by CLT.

All the speakers taking part are published legal authors and include Michael James of Enterprise Chambers, Peter Hinks of 11 Stone Buildings, Helen Swaffield of Harrington Law and Stephen Mason of Travlaw LLP.

Richard Aird's talk is entitled 'European Jurisdiction - Twists and Turns' and concerns litigation tactics under Judgement Regulations and Forum Dipping.
