Scott Blair will chair and speak at a Licensing Workshop on 26 October 2011. The Glasgow event organised by CLT (Scotland) Ltd will see Scott speak along with expert licensing solicitors John Batters and Stephen McGowan of Lindsays.

This interactive event will see delegates through the process of obtaining a liquor licence under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 and will take them from drafting an application; appearing at the Licensing Board; and, if the application fails, how to appeal the decision of the Board.  Scott will present the section on appeals.
