The Public, Administrative and Human Rights Law Practice Group held a very successful conference in Edinburgh on Monday 10 November 2008 on the topic 'Developing Public Law in Scotland'.

Lord Clyde gave the keynote address and this was followed by presentations from Professor Tom Mullen of University of Glasgow and members of the Murray Stable.
