NEWS: Conference on Changes to the Tribunal System

Jonathan Mitchell QC will be a guest speaker at LSA's forthcoming conference on "Changes to the Tribunal System: The New Two-Tier System and Its Implications" which will be held in Glasgow on 14 June 2010.
In November 2009 the Tribunals Service experienced its most radical change in 50 years when key aspects of the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 were implemented and the purpose of the conference is to explore these reforms.
Jonathan Mitchell QC's presentation will consider the topics of "Judicial Review of Appeal to the Upper Tribunal. Cross-border issues. Is a UK based network appropriate?"
