NEWS: Commercial & Insolvency Group Reception

On Thursday 4 June 2009 the Murray Stable Commercial & Insolvency Group and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Division of French Duncan LLP combined to host a reception for members of the Insolvency Professions at which The Hon. Lord Glennie gave an address.
Lord Glennie, the principal commercial judge, spoke of the development of the commercial court which is now regarded as the court of choice by an increasing number of litigants. In addition to case management interventions to increase the speed and efficiency of justice the three allocated judges regularly consult to consider consistent approaches to policy.
The Murray Stable Commercial & Insolvency Group comprises Advocates of every level of seniority who are regularly instructed in a wide range of commercial and insolvency cases and have a real understanding of the special requirements to which this gives rise.
