NEWS: Donald Campbell to lead workshop on written pleadings

Donald Campbell will be one of three Advocates presenting LSA's Seminar on Written Pleadings in the Sheriff Court.  The seminar is to be held in Glasgow on Monday 10 August and is intended to be a practical guide to written pleadings allowing participants to discuss some of the more common problems which arise in drafting civil pleadings in the sheriff court.  After an introductory talk, there will be two workshop sessions and Donald will lead the workshop on preparing pursuer's pleadings and specifically drafting an Initial Writ in a personal injuries action.
