FAMILY LAW ASSOCIATION CONFERENCE, ST ANDREWS OLD COURSE HOTEL
23RD AND 24TH NOVEMBER  2007

Kirsty Malcolm, will be presenting a paper to the Scottish solicitors Family Law Association at its annual conference in St Andrews over the 23rd and 24th November. The paper will focus on the developments that have taken place in the law relating to cohabitants, since the introduction of certain statutory rights for them in the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 which came into force in May last year.
