NEWS: James Murphie's chapter on Road Traffic Accidents included in third release for 'Delict'

The third tranche of 'Delict' which was released to subscribers at the end of December 2010 includes a chapter on Road Traffic Accidents written by James Murphie, Advocate.
'Delict' is part of the highly regarded Scottish Universities Law Institute series and is a hardback, loose-leaf reference work. It covers the general theory as well as protected interests and specific forms of liability. This multi-authored book is edited by Professor Joe Thomson and published by W.Green.
Before calling to the Bar in 2008, James had acquired eight years practising experience as a litigation solicitor. He continues to be a part-time senior lecturer at the University of Abertay Dundee. He brings to his practice a combination of practitioner skills and depth of knowledge in his specialist fields of employment law and delictual claims.
