NEWS: Janys Scott QC visits Boston University

During a visit to Boston in March 2009 Janys Scott QC was a guest lecturer at the University's family law class.  Students were considering alternative dispute resolution in family law, including collaborative lawyering.  Janys contributed a paper on the effect of the Children (Scotland) Act 1995 in keeping disputes about children out of court.
