NEWS: John McKendrick appointed as Convenor to Additional Support Needs Tribunal

The Scottish Ministers recently appointed John McKendrick as Convenor to the Additional Support Needs Tribunal, Scotland. John will hold this part-time appointment for an initial period of five years.

The Additional Support Needs Tribunal for Scotland was established by the Education (Additional Support for Learning)(Scotland) Act 2004 and aims to create a stronger, better system for supporting children's learning. John has particular interest in education law and has given advice on issues arising both in Scotland and in his practice as a Barrister in England.
