NEWS: Kirsty Malcolm to be key speaker at Cohabitation Seminar

Kirsty Malcolm will be the key speaker at the Legal Services Agency's Seminar on Cohabitation on Monday 30 June 2008 in Glasgow.

The talk will cover developments since the introduction of the provisions within the Family Law (Scotland) Act 2006 and consider areas that have presented difficulties in interpretation in practice and issues that arise when seeking to make applications under Sections 28 and 29.

Kirsty is the co-author of the book Cohabitation (Wm Green, 2005).
