NEWS: Lorna Drummond appointed as Part-time Sheriff

Scottish Ministers recently announced that Lorna Drummond has been appointed to the office of part-time sheriff.

Lorna graduated from Glasgow University in 1989 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 1993.  She called to the Bar in July 1998 and is currently the Crown Counsel with the Attorney General's Chambers in the Ascension Island conducting both civil and criminal litigation.  Lorna will return to Scotland to pick up her practice in the Murray Stable in January 2009.
