NEWS: Morag Jack returns to full time practice

Morag Jack has returned to full time practice after serving three years as an Advocate Depute. She has a particular interest in the areas of child and family law and is the co-author of the fourth edition of Adoption of Children in Scotland along with the late Peter McNeill QC. Between 2005 and 2008 she was a convener on the Additional Supports Needs Tribunal. She was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Scottish Child Law Centre in 2010. Morag is a member of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland and has been instructed in a number of mental health appeals.
