Does Scotland lag behind England in the development of public law?  How can public law be further developed in Scotland?  These questions and others will be considered at this forthcoming conference on Developing Public Law in Scotland at which Lord Clyde will be the keynote speaker.  The conference will be held in Edinburgh on Monday 10 November 2008 and is being organised by Murray Stable's Public, Administrative and Human Rights Law Practice Group.
