NEWS: Richard Aird invited to talk to Grampian Area Insolvency Practitioners Group

Richard Aird was invited to Aberdeen by Grampian Area Insolvency Practitioners Group to give a talk on Cross Border Insolvency on Tuesday 8 November 2011.

The meeting was well attended by leading members of the legal and accountancy professions from Aberdeen and focused on the evolving insolvency regimes such as Insolvency Regulation and UNCITRAL Model Law on Insolvencies.

The meeting was chaired by Dorinda Adam who thanked Richard for his talk which so clearly illustrated the operations of the cross border insolvency regimes which are now playing an increasingly significant role in the sector.
