NEWS: Scott Blair announced as speaker at CLT's Licensing Conference

Licensing counsel Scott Blair will speak at the CLT Licensing Conference in Stirling on 9 September 2008 on "Legal challenges to and for Boards" under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005. 

Other speakers now confirmed include John Loudon of Lindsays, Audrey Ferrie of McGrigors, John Batters of John Batters & Co and Stuart Ross of Belhaven.
