NEWS: Scott Blair to address 15th Annual Licensing Conference

Licensing counsel Scott Blair is to speak at the 15th Annual Licensing Conference organised by CLT (Scotland) Ltd.  At the event, which is to take place on 30 April 2009 at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh, Scott will speak on the impact of the Gambling Act 2005 on Gaming in Licensed Premises.  The event, which is chaired by John Louden of Lindsays, has proven popular in the past.
