NEWS: The Paisley Snail, Scotland, May 2012 - Call for Papers

In May 2012 a major international conference will take place to mark the 80th anniversary of Lord Atkin's historic judgement in the case of Donoghue v Stevenson.

This event, hosted by University of West Scotland, Renfrewshire Law Centre, the Law Society of Scotland and the Faculty of Advocates, will examine, discuss and celebrate eighty years of the law of tort, negligence and delict.

The conference organisers now invite practising and academic lawyers from any part of the world and of any nationality to respond to the call for papers. Abstracts should be submitted by Thursday 1 September 2011.
