Public, Administrative and Human Rights Law Practice Group
The Murray Stable for many years has had a concentration of experienced practitioners in the fields of public, administrative and human rights law. This Group is an integral part of the Murray Stable. It offers an unparalleled range of expertise, knowledge and experience in the fields of public, administrative and human rights law to solicitors and Direct Access clients. Its members are regularly instructed on behalf of a wide range of clients including government departments, local authorities, charities, housing associations, other public bodies and individual litigants. They publish regularly: some of their publications appear on this website.
They have a large number of reported cases to their credit including senior court decisions of considerable importance. The size of the group and the qualities of the members and the Stable should ensure that whatever services the client needs, the Group will provide.
